I’m still not playing as many tournies as I would like - I should set a goal for myself. I’ll do five tournies a week of no less than 50+5.

The tourney yesterday was a 140+20 and I felt pretty good going into it. Unfortunately, I started off playing like complete crap and was lucky to still be around at the end (ended in a 5-way chop). I didn’t adjust well enough to my opponents who were generally either a) extremely tight or b) extremely loose. I was bluffing at the wrong people and not getting enough value for hands I was ahead on. Horrible play. (more…)
