I did a weigh-in this morning and surprise, I’m down to 186! I peaked around 188 a couple weeks ago. I think my eatting and sleep are not what they need to be. I know I’m busting my ass.
I have 4 workouts for each muscle group left. Overall, 5 lbs in a month doesn’t seem like a lot. But after putting on 30 lbs in 5-6 months, I am getting a little tired. The good news is, not tired enough to let my workouts suffer.
