I did a weigh-in this morning and surprise, I’m down to 186! I peaked around 188 a couple weeks ago. I think my eatting and sleep are not what they need to be. I know I’m busting my ass.

I have 4 workouts for each muscle group left. Overall, 5 lbs in a month doesn’t seem like a lot. But after putting on 30 lbs in 5-6 months, I am getting a little tired. The good news is, not tired enough to let my workouts suffer.

I jumped on the scales this morning and tipped in at 187. In good shape to hit 191.

I took the day off work yesterday to visit the eye doc for a LASIK consultation. Got a great reference from a guy I’ve known for quite a while (ty!). And I’m all set for May 21st to get my eyes fixed. Pretty excited, even if I do have to pull money out of my poker roll to finance it.
